    The thicknesses range from 3.6 mm to 45 mm, depending on the radius of the workpiece.

  • How do I maintain plywood?
    Avoid direct sunlight, as plywood, like solid wood, can discolor. Plywood can also be finished with varnish, paint, or veneer to protect the material from moisture and wear. Please note: we do not provide finishing.

  • Can I purchase pre-lacquered components?
    Yes, of course. Feel free to discuss with us the available options.

  • Can you also press fine veneer?
    Of course, 0.6 mm sliced veneer can be applied on the outside and 1 mm veneer on the inside.

  • What are the largest/smallest dimensions?
    We do not have specific minimum dimensions. This will be discussed internally.
    The maximum dimensions are 1500 x 980 mm, depending on the quality of the veneer.

  • Does the adhesive comply with the E0,5    standard?
    Of course. We only use materials that comply with the standards.

  • Can wood be combined with other materials?
    Yes, as long as flexibility and adhesion do not pose any problems. For example, MDF combines well with plywood.

  • What is the difference between production tolerance and shape tolerance?
    Production tolerance is the tolerance resulting from operations such as cutting or milling.
    Shape tolerance refers to the deformation or "backspring" of the workpiece after bending.

  • How long does pressing take?
    Pressing time is theoretically calculated as the thickness of the workpiece divided by 2, plus 1 minute.

  • Do you make prototypes?
    We certainly offer the option to make prototypes. We would be happy to discuss this with you.

    Plywood is ideal for complex bending shapes that are not possible with solid wood.

  • Can plywood be made flame-retardant?
    Certainly. We only use safe and high-quality materials.

    Beech wood weighs around 750 kg/m², depending on the type of adhesive used.
