Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the production team to ensure efficient project implementation;
- Product testing and evaluation to ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements;
- Continuous monitoring and improvement of production processes to optimize product efficiency and quality;
- Collection and centralization of quality statistical data;
- Preparation of reports to communicate the results of quality activities;
- Improving the quality system, conducting quality audits, tracking agreed actions;
- Creating instructions and work procedures;
- Study and application of new technologies and trends in the wood industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in wood engineering;
- Experience in a similar position and/or in a production plant in the wood industry;
- Solid knowledge in woodworking materials and techniques;
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills;
- Written and conversational English, intermediate / advanced level;
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills;
- Advanced knowledge of using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant technical tools.
